Anywho, I upped my eats today and I did okay. Not amazing but I'm working on it.
Breakfast was a runny breakfast taco

Then I went to Nutrition Warehouse and got some protein powder. My trainer advised me to get one. They gave me a sample of OhYeah protein too. I'll do a review soon.
